    That color appears to Ferrari-Grigio Silverstone . You can see it on Touch Up Direct as Ferrari 266613 266642. I have per your picture the same wheels on my 15.

    Maybe call a Ferrari authorized body center and ask

    Since there is a gouge, how are you going to address that? What about taking off the rim and laying it flat

    Then you can add several layers of paint to create some depth and then clear coat?

    You don’t need to remove the tire from the rim to try this


    If you try to paint it while on the car, gravity won’t allow you the same effect

    You must have a wheel repair place locally, if not, any of your nice dealerships will know of one. They'll likely weld it a tad to fill the space, sand ,then repaint/blend/clear. Should be less than a couple hundred $. The only wheels I've ever sent back to a factory were HRE's on my AMG after a dealer curbed them in service, there is no way a local guy is matching a brushed finish like those had, otherwise, local fix guy should have you sorted.
