    Hi everyone. When cleaning down the side of the passenger seat on my Scuderia (LHD) between the seat and the central tunnel, I noticed a small cord with a loop on the end protruding from the tunnel right at the floor level. Curious, I pulled on it and it kept coming and coming. There's now no way for me to return this to wherever it came. Can anyone help tell me what this is for? See picture.

    My guess is just incase been watching to much fast and furious and is the pull cord for parachute. When jump car out the top floor of skyscraper. Haha
    Honestly I have no idea.

    Looks like the typical emergency release for one of the electrically operate openers, e.g. trunk, glove box (though Scud doesn't have one) ... Check your manual.

    Just pull it and see what happens.... Let's hope it's not a James Bond self-destruct or eject passenger cord !!!!!!! LOL

    Looks like someone shoved one of those little cords librarians use to hold on to their glasses under there ;)

    Best guess? what he has there is a the string that goes from ear piece to ear piece on eye glasses so you could take them off and let them hang at your chest.

    Now the question remains that how in the hell did that end up there? Tucked in and hidden? Perhaps there is a service guy still looking for that string for his glasses =)
