    Hello,

Happy new year FC. I am looking to do custom garage in my new house in great falls. I have done floor in my McLean house but nothing fancy and with great falls house i am thinking about doing little more. such as car lift, stainless storages and even 220v for my tig welder etc... I have talked to few shops but they seem to be on very high side and wanted to know if anyone here has first hand experience or knows someone who can do it for less.

    Thanks

Is this a brand new garage? If the slab is not poured yet there are some really nice options for flush mount lifts. Also consider radiant in floor heat.

    thanks guys,

That garage looks really nice but i need something little more durable. I'll be parking my DD and my toys in same garage so it'll be hard to keep it that clean. Slab is already poured so i'm not sure if I can get lift that is flushed to ground. Anyone want to share there garage pictures?

I'd stay away from the concrete paints Home Depot sells. They seem to stick better to performance tires than concrete floors. Rockville Harley put down some sort of poured epoxy when they moved to their current location that seems to have held up well over the years. I've also seen some of the vinyl/rubber products hold up well. Sears carries one of them that comes in rolls or tiles and for a while I saw Costco had something similar. Tough stuff that held up to gas/oil/jackstands etc.
