Use vixpy or some other utility to get it saved into your computer. Then use a video editing program that can handle the type of file that it is saved as. Then you will need to rotoscope black over the existing subtitles, or crop the video frame. Then you put in new subtitles, or first add a frame/border and then put in the subtitles. Some of it is trivial, but some of it isn't.
