Im going to replace my factory 360 headers. Is it possible to cut them off to speed up removal? I suppose chips could float around but could probably suck out any debris?

What??? Just use a wrench and unscrew the nuts that secure them to the engine. I can see no reason to cut them off. I could probably have replaced two or three sets of headers in the time that it would take to cut off a set. How on earth would you even cut them off?
