Given they claim to have "sponsorship & interest" [I suspect more of the latter ], I'd like to see these guys do at least a couple of seasons in GP2 (or something?) first - IIRC, Sauber, Sir Frank and Stoddart all got their "feet wet" outside of F1.

Jordan went from (pretty poor) F3 driver -> F3 owner -> F3000 -> F1 over quite a few years (and got *very* wealthy in the process.)

The "MP4" designation on the Mclarens is Rons "Project Four" racing team after buying Mclaren - Projects 1,2 and 3 all went tits up one way or another......
