Hey guys, are we still on for tomorrow, or should we say in less than 5 hours? Just got home and I am drunk and tired. The thought of waking up in 5 hours only to check on whether its raining is just crazy! But I will do it. =) I say, who cares about the rain. Its going to be like today, on/off drizzle, whats the big deal? Ok, I think the alcohol is kicking me up a notch.
Keith has a point. 100 miles here or there isn't going to make any difference whatsoever. Just think: -- Fueling up: $50 dollars -- Playing Russian roulette on one of us getting a ticket: $150 dollars -- Getting on last ride in with all your buddies before heading to Desi land: priceless. Seriously. Come along.

I freakin left my cell in the cab when I was heading up to my friends bday party. I wanted to meet up with emil and kerri first and then meet up with noah, but couldnt reach them with no phone. Dont worry about rain, I did a rain dance at Lot61.

Vik, The issue is the car is at 1700 miles right now, todays driving + any additional driving is gonna get it real close to 2k, which by itself is a significant depreciation hit
As the infrequent poster F-Chatter meteorologist, I see the east-west rain band that drifted north over northern New Jersey and Long Island around 8-9 AM has cleared those areas so Ghost and cohorts may actually have it quite dry down the Jersey shore. It is pouring now on the Greenwich Concours and here in New Canaan but the band should clear those areas as well in the next hour so I am heading down to Greenwich now but may leave the 348 home.
Smart idea. Weather was actually clear when we made the call to go this morning, but as soon as we were in Jersey we caught a decent shower. Wasn't particularly heavy, just irritatingly consistent. Nonetheless, it was a good group of us. We caught up at Lupe's, got some breakfast, and as always, had some good fun and laughs -- we also had an ad hoc WD-40 session. I didn't bring my camera, but the other boys did, and pics should be up shortly.
