    It was special day when , after Jags and a 300SL ,dad could finally afford his dream car, a Ferrari. This was about 1966-67 . I’d have been 14-15 in the photo and out growing my pants pretty quickly.
    I don’t remember which model this was. Any ideas?

    Did you try by the insurance? Well if you remember the company? Somebody in your family remember some elements, about this car?
    Did you father keep a long time this car?
    Sorry to ask questions, but it will be nice to recover some history.

    I hadn’t thought to try to find the issuing insurance company . Good idea.
    He primarily owned the cars sequentially, for a year or two, sometimes perhaps two simultaneously.
    Looks like we owned about 14 cars over the years

    In France we haven't petrol but good ideas...and good gastronomy ;)

    Find the insurance and probably all informations: chassis, plates etc..
    You need to have the driving license of your father, and also his own documentation. Not easy, I recognize.
