IMHO, lifter is a good option to have given how long the wheelbase is. Depending on where you live, there can be some funky parking lot exits that sometimes have angles that can bottom out the center of the car if you don't activate the lift.
The lift is a must imo. Even if you dont need it for your driveway or your city. You never know when you will face a stupid ramp and the sound of your car bottom scrapping the road will make you regret.

I am finding that it's *not* particularly necessary for speed bumps, normal driveways and car park ramps. However, I haven't driven it in the snow yet. Compare that to my Speciale where I'd say it's necessary for some car parks.
