BMW M3 for sporty days; Jaguar XF for comfort/luxury days; and Range Rover for snow, towing the boat and hauling the dog. My favorite (next to the Ferrari of course) is the Jaguar. Perfect in every way.
We had one of the first Jag XF's and it was a terrific car, sold it for a Panamera, but needed a 5 seater and ended up with a 740Li in that same gray as posted above. All three fantastic cars, we truly live in the Golden Age of cars.
You do realize we pay more in oil subsidies right? It saves us money when we pay for the e-car rebates.
My wife's Panamera replaced by the BMW, sorry about the quality of the last photo. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

1987 Mitsubishi, original owner. Extensively modified over the years by myself. Learned to weld to get it just the way I wanted it. '94 GM Vortec 4.3L, 3" exhaust, dual lockers, etc, etc. Beautifully set-up to run hiway or offroad. Moab, Rubicon, Oregon dunes, Colorado San Juans. Good deep rumble, and startling acceleration. A lot of DIY pride of ownership. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Actually my F430 is my daily driver but I have a Audi Q5 for snow days and a Fiat 500 Twin Air for shopping
I swap between two cars, my F430 and my Gallardo Spider... so when I'm not driving the Ferrari, I drive the Lamborghini. When the weather is bad, I'll drive my 993 Cab. Here's the lambo... sweet car and with the LOC exhaust, super sick exhaust note. Frank Image Unavailable, Please Login
We also have a G37 and its mighty fast for the class its in. Second gear would scare most people. I cannot get over the power that things puts out. Talk about a sleeper.
I was actually SHOCKED when I got on the gas in this car. I bought it mostly for looks/comfort, but man does this thing have a little get up and go!
I agree, the GT-R is the ultimate monster DD. I don't race them, na-uh, no way, not me (well, unless I am in my R1). I did post on another thread about getting away from one on a twisty road in my R8 and him blowing by me in the straight, but I think I was lucky and perhaps he was a new owner still getting used to the beast in the turns. I would not have engaged him had I known it was a GT-R baiting me. Like I said, I don't race them . . . intentionally. Very nice garage BTW. Love the stone.
I have had a few people get behind the wheel. One of them owns a 335xi. His Bimmer has a stage 2 chip and straight pipes. He said that the infiniti not only handles better, but is faster, at least until 85-100. This is my second one. First was an '08 G35, the 37 is a '10 and faster.
Thanks, Raptorduck. Sandstone from Oklahoma. Reminds me of my childhood in Texas. Did the whole house in it. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Not as fast as my E46 M3 though But it's not my DD either. I switch off between Acura TSX and Honda Accord. Also have a 1966 Mustang Fastback in the garage.
Nice to see many folks on here with BMW as their daily driver cars! I plan to keep my E46 M3 forever as long as it lasts and get my F-car someday. That or a Lamborghini. The video was cool and mind blowing that Ferrari 458 was beaten by a much lower cost Japanese supercar. Even more amazing is that the Nissan GT-R smoked the far more expensive Lexus LFA! Now if I did get another daily driver, it would be a Nissan GT-R or Maserati if not a cool Mercedes like the SL63 AMG or CL63 AMG. Props to the way cool garages and stone architecture! Looks like a palace and castle. Of course, that kind of place in California would cost something like 20 million versus 300k in Texas or North Carolina.
456mgt but sometimes i take the bbi, or the 512tr. the cs and f40 make the worst daily drivers - cant park them easily and the turning radius is not so good
I have a 04 G35 coupe and cannot say enough good things about it. I bought it after my first year in law school and have had it for about 3.5 years now and it's been extremely reliable, very fun, very cheap, reasonable gas mileage. I think the exhaust note (on the G35 in particular) is great for a stock masses car, and the engine response is fantastic, tons of torque. I think the G35 accelerates faster 0-10 than my tuned 996tt . Anyway, I think Infinity G's are extremely great value daily drivers. The G37 sedan AWD is also fantastic if you need AWD for snow and 4 doors. My G35 has about 55k miles. I probably will keep it until it completly dies.
Didn't even see these comments before I posted my comments above about my G35. I think it just goes to show you, three owners in a row loving the Infiniti G coupes. I drove a G37S before. It was faster, some upgrades, but the exhaust note is much toned down than a G35 and it did not seem to have as much of a muscle car/torque feel as the G35. Definately faster, but smoother. Another fantastic value car though that is very cheap sticker, reliable, and very cheap to own/maintain.
