Put on centre weighted metering and then the camera will think the moon is white and it won't be blown out like your pic You'll need a tripod too
Yeah, it was big to say the least! You don't see those often around here. It was at a good spot on the porch and made sure to grasp the good photo opportunity.

i tried last wednesday night with tripod and 70/300mm (in mode P) and the resultat was not really expected. i want something clear and "net" as you can see it s not really nice. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hahaha Actually where i took the pic is very common to see that kind of animals because since it is in a hill and they were bears and viper´s.
