    Guys,

I'm heading your way in about a week - I'll only have a few days - flying in for a one-hour meeting.

    Anything I must do/see/eat?

    Thanks in advance for suggestions.

    Erik

There's some cool places to visit.

The Fort Worth Stockyards - http://www.fortworthstockyards.org/
Jerry's World aka Cowboys Stadium, home of Americas Team - stadium.dallascowboys.com
Rangers Ballpark is right across the street from that - http://texas.rangers.mlb.com/tex/ballpark/tours/index.jsp
Bureau of Engraving and Printing, one of 2 in the country - http://www.moneyfactory.gov/tours/fortworthtxtours.html
Dallas World Aquarium. It's a cool place to walk around, and it's relaxing. - http://www.dwazoo.com/d/
Dallas Holocaust Museum. Small, but a good number of Holocaust artifacts. www.dallasholocaustmuseum.org/
Texas Museum of Automotive History - http://www.tmah.org/

Then we have the dealers here.

He has a long driveway with little cover or concealment.
You'll have to wear your Ninja suit.

PS; The Dallas thing; something about JFK's visit. I'll think of it...

The Sixth Floor Museum. Be advised they don't allow cameras.

Haha, thanks guys. I'll update when I get back from the trip. Right now it's looking like the 20th-22nd or 23rd. Hell of a time to fly, right around thanksgiving.

Dallas has good art museums. The Nasher Sculpture center is supposed to be good. Its been a while since I've been and I'm not that interested in art but if you are, you might want to look into stopping by a couple art museums in downtown.
I recommend the Texas museum of automotive history. They have a 275 GTB and a muira. I've seen both and they are cool looking cars. I'm not sure what other cool cars they have since I haven't been. (it's a long story of how I've seen the muira and 275 without going to the museum).
Everything else mentioned are all great places to go. You just need to figure out what you want to do and see.
