Wonder if there'll be something on tonight's MNF about this? Would guess so...

He was quite a character, if not beloved, so there'll be lots of shushing from those who remember Dandy Don when that airs. It should be interesting to see if his passing means some folks who haven't tuned in to MNF for years will tune in just out of respect, perhaps just to catch a glimpse of tribute footage of the man whom they looked forward to seeing a long time ago, and imitatively quoting the next day.

I'd like to see some of the classic MNF games, I don't know why they can't arrange to do this, they were taped well-before the days of the legal issues and contractual issues with the players union.
I'd rather see most of these than the rehash of weekend games on the NFL Network.

Kudos to ESPN for the Dandy Don send-off at the end of tonight's game. Unexpected and greatly appreciated.
