Dang Door multi-pin Plug

Just got off a flight, so at the most it was oxygen starvation!

But to get serious again, I commented about the wheel because of the remark "I've never even removed a wheel". In actual fact, jacking up a 348 is one of the most FAQ for noobies, so I thought I'd spare the guy the talk on jacking points, having to get a low jack, jacking at rear also lifts front etc., etc., and I DID mention there'd be a problem with getting a drill in there! Flashlight is ok unless you use one of those things Casey Jones had on the front of the loco! (showing my age there) I have a rechargeable LED light which is literally brilliant and quite small.

With the grommet, there are ones which have the "hole" as a rubber diaphragm and you pop its cherry (punch out the centre diaphragm) to whatever diameter you want.

To be honest, I can't identify too much with the door connector issue as my 348 with 55000km only ever had one single pin go bad on me and that was on the "unused" passenger side! In that case I did a 100% assed job (not half-assed ) and got a replacement pin from AMP and just replaced it - works a treat!

Anyway, we've got guests round for wine and raclette this evening so beware of anything I might post later
