"Dangerous Driving".....

WTF?!? I know theres careless driving and wreckless driving, but what the hell is dangerous driving? Important thing to remember, dont drift around turns really early in the morning......

 

Careless: is a person driving while he is on the phone not knowing what's going on around him.
Wreckless: is a person driving 140 in between cars while people are doing 60.
Dangerous: is a person that don't know how to drive, someone like you.

 

i smell a ticket... could it be Edgewater?

It's a cop's excuse to give you a ticket for doing something that he couldn't otherwise deem illegal.

haha nope, had an early meeting this morning, turnpike exit 12, undercover state trooper.

Woke up way early to get to my meeting, it was pouring and forgot to put evo in rain mode in rush to get to meeting, started to slide, got the car under control, changed the diff on the fly, and decided I needed to wake up so I did a nice S-Drift off the turnpike and didnt see big american car all blacked out.

yeah I tried to play it off as ohh it was raining and I didnt realize how slippery it was. Then he saw the wing on the evo and it was all downhill from there.

 

LOL! The wing is a dead give-away


Maybe if you play this card in court, you can get off. "I just have a Lancer! A simple econo-car! It was raining and my tires are bald!"


That's what I would do depending on what the ticket says.

 

ticket doesnt say anything, just dangerous driver. My lawyer is already on it Luckily the ticket carries no points but does go on the MVR....

 

haha, you know it all the evo's fault. If you were in the Audi or 355 he might have turned the other way.

haha yeah i am sure he didnt have fun standing out there in the rain. my ticket was wet as well so I dont know if it will hold up in court

This Wed in route to Englishtown, NJ .......I got pulled over on NJ Turnpike and my friend got pulled over by the other Trooper 1/2 up the road...The Trooper asks me, Why were you Speeding, racing the other vette, tailgating and cutting off everone on the road???? (he claimed it took him 4 miles to catch up & call for back up)

Cop was very cool, gave me and my friend Careless driving ticket ;(

 

That's not cool. Cool is when you don't get a ticket, get a PBA card, and an escort to the Nassau County line.
