Danica Patrick will guest star on "CSI: NY" as the top competitor of a racing star who dies under suspicious circumstances.

Patrick is scheduled to appear on the episode airing Feb. 10 on CBS. Antonio Sabato Jr. plays the racing great who dies in a car explosion on the streets of Manhattan two days before a race as the result of car tampering.

How many f-chatters thought it was just a matter of time....

I posted some time back that she said she was on a plot to air on 3 February. Guess it changed.

She qualified 12th. Top 10 finish is very possible.

As if the much hyped CSI Miami episode at the Miami
Champ Car Grand Prix episode didn't ruin the credibilty
of not only the CSI series but Champ Car, they're now
going to do the same thing in a completely fictional
    setting in New York City?

Sounds like a train wreck; gotta watch if only for the
    pure ****** chills!

she is driving the very best car in the arca field...a hendrick car (hendrick motor and hendrick chassis) would promise to run away from any and all. it is the old gun to a knife fight scenario.

i have NO respect for her and would not like her chances under normal circumstances but she is a "hands off" driver and will be allowed to finish well or certainly lead the race for some laps.

gawd help us if she wins!

Ahhh...Kimmel was the other driver Piquet took out. I just asked that question in the other thread.

I missed the very first of the race. How many cars did Milka take out? I guess Piquet can say, "Hey, I almost took out 2 cars, but at least I didn't take myself out. Oh wait, didn't I finish 27th? Ahh, nevermind....darn cars with doors and roofs..."

I agree 100%. We were jumping around the house watching the final laps click down. If She hadn't slipped up out of the groove, she would have finished 5th. Looked like she got distracted by what was happening behind her and the car wiggled up the track enough to lose position.

Danica needs work on her bump drafting, and then needs to remember to NOT use that technique when she's in an Indy car.

Not sure. The accident was in front of her. She was part of the aftermath.
