    Is there a dash light dim/bright control on the 355?

    I'm pretty sure there is...If theres a dim control on a 1960's car(s), then there should be one on the 355, unless Ferrari forgot to put'm in...then uh-oh.

    hi wanna know if this is normal on the 360 modena there is no light on the background of the speedometer tach fuel etc just the needles are illuminated

    There should be - Sounds like yours is broken, which is very expensive problem...... I suggest you search in the 360/430 and technical sections for "dashboard lights" and "ELD" ("Electro luminescent display") - Lots of info will pop up (and probably depress you as well - Sorry!)
