I'm having the mouse fur redone on the dash, and it turns out the plastic dash pod is warped, has some blistering, and some cracking where it attaches to the dash. Do any of you have advice on how to deal with this? Are there reproductions that fit properly? Do I need to try find a used one?

You are the third person I've had say this, but look again.
When you say warped, do you mean the binnacle pod lays down on the dash and does not produce an exact circle?
I believe that is actually the correct way - there is asymmetry in these cars. As far as the bumps in the pod, those are fasteners and an upholsterer can diminish them.

No, it lays down fine. The top has a big warp in it that was hidden by old mouse fur that had pulled away and maintained the curve. There are also blisters where the plastic has de-laminated. All due I assume to excessive sun.
