As I look to fix certain items it is plain that prices are all over the board for parts. One vendor might charge $30 for an oil pressure switch and another $250 for the same part. And one vendor might be cheaper on one thing and very expensive on another. No real rhyme or reason to it as far as I can tell. But it really pays to shop around.

Anyhow I found these switches that appear to be correct (except for the black tab) for our cars. They are about $15... and I post it because I have seen them on ebay for ten times that.

BTW: that oil pressure switch was purchased here Ferarri Parts | Ferrari Spare Parts | Ferrari Spares

Want a stock shift knob? They are $25 here Ferrari 208/308 GT4: Gear box: Gear box - Highlights VS. $278 here Ferrari Parts : 103301 : 103301 SHIFT KNOB WHITE NUMBERS - T. Rutlands

They also have the choke/heater knob assemblies (the whole thing) for $150 or so.

Which position is off? I bought an aftermarket replacement dash switch, it works and looks fine but it is off in the down position, opposite of the correct switch. Annoying...

You are allowed to rotate the switch. The underlying plate can stay where it is.

Rotating does not work. At least on my car, the switches have 2 positions, straight out and down. If you rotate 180 degrees, it would be straight out and up, opposite from all the other switches and the graphics...

    Try:

Go to electrical, switches, toggle. Then about halfway down they start

They have several including center off up or down on. May have to change paddle. Single position also available but you need to check with them if center is off it looks like they have both.
