I agree . Wife heading home from downtown a month ago on the 110/10 merge . A drunk guy swerved over last second 2 lanes smashing into a Cayenne , then swerving into the wife's car . No police as no injuries called . But of course the story changed once a Lawyer got the case . It all ended up being settled as the investigation of the accident was obvious with the location of damage on all the cars . But you do get sleepless nights these days. Car was deemed a total . Sad thing is we just put 5k on the s550 for some work . Low milage at 65k and the insurance payout is nothing to compare what you can get .
