    I have had a crash on an important hard drive (actually two drives: primary files corrupted and the backup drive failed :( ). Has anyone used a data recovery service in the metroplex with good results? If so, who do you recommend?

    I had the same thing happen last year.

    I used an independent guy (Shep Johnson 214.415.1227)

    He was able to recover everything.

    I use a back up drive now with lots of automatic updates.
