the data set that I built up over the past 5-10 years of cars offered for sale in the UK is now on my blog. It contains: Colour, mileage, chassis no, registration, price, type of sale, year offered (where available) for all cars offered for sale from 1974-2013 (if I found them) Blogger is not an ideal platform, but it's the best I could do. I have removed some text fields, usually sales descriptions from advertisements plus the names of the dealers/phone numbers of private vendors. No warranty is given regarding completeness or accuracy, but I hope it is of interest to some of you. I used your database info posted in the 206 thread and cross referenced it to the Dino Register to complete some of the missing info (interior trim colours, colour codes, original registration etc). Surprisingly almost every car on the register from the UK has pretty comprehensive info entered for it. I was able to produce this graph showing the spread of popularity of the colours chosen when new which I thought might interest others. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks. I shared all my stuff with the register a few years ago so and got the dbase for the uk in return. So it's us data collectors swapping info in all probability.
