If you go to www.dinoregister.com and select Dino Production Highlights, you can find the answer to some of your questions. For example, it describes the last of the known 206GT as S/N 00410, being produced in April of 1969.

It also confuses things a bit by saying that the first 246GT (type L) known was S/N 00400, produced in March 1969.

The last type L is listed as S/N 01116, produced in October 1970, and the first type M as 01118 produced during the same month.

The last type M is described as S/N 02130, and the first type E as S/N 02132 produced in 1970. No month is specified. Unfortunately, it does not distinguish between early, middle and late E series cars, but it does cover some other variations such as RHD and GTS versions.

It describes the last Dino 246 as S/N 08515, produced in July 1974.

This information may not be completely accurate, and it is certainly not sufficiently detailed, but it is a starting point. Until a more complete Dino production history becomes available, the Dinoregister is probably the best place to look.
