He SAID to tell all of you he painted a BIG "01" on the doors of the Ferrari, and blasted out of there, Sunday night!!!!! But truthfully, he left it................. Richard Thompson called as well, with some major unreal stories to tell.......
YEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! Yes, we are fine.This is the first chance I had to use ny friends laptop. I'm actually sitting in the driveway of a neighbor squatting on his wi-fi. I'm holed up in an 8 bedroom lakehouse on Lake Livingston an hour north of Houston. So it ain't all that bad! I did have to leave the 328. I just went to a local rifle range to zero in my scope. (seriously, no kidding) I'm going to head back ASAP and try to trailer it out, if I can rent a trailer in Houston. I may stay a bit and secure my neighborhood. I have roughly 600 rounds. I may need it! I'll try to post later, my friend needs his book back. GOOD LUCK TO ALL, and that I am able to put rounds on target!! Dave
DAVE! Glad to see you are able to make a post and that all is well(relatively )! Im not sure when I am going to go check on my apartment, but its 1 block from the convention center. We may have to bust in there, Urban Commando style, and hold it down. Just glad you and your family is safe and in good hands!

Thanks for all the kind words and prayers!!! This is an amazing community. People who, for the most part, have never met suddenly willing to do whatever it takes to help out. There is a chance that the house hasn't been emptied and the 328 is still where I left her. Apparently, some people in my neighborhood stayed and are now patrolling. The whole thing has been emotionally draining! Try to imagine having to leave your house, in an relatively above average neighborhood, with little more than the shirt off your back for one week. Then try to picture the animals treating these homes as their own personal shopping spree! I'll be settling in Houston, probably for the rest of the year. Which isn't so bad, my wife and I LOVE Houston! Her job at M.D. Anderson is all but assured, that leaves me to find something. I just wish we had the liquid funds to enjoy the shopping! LOL! We hit Katy Mills for some CHEAP wardrobe additions,( left everything at home), and did Vic & Anthony's for dinner as our one final splurge! We went to the 'Stros game yesterday, and did Dave & Busters for dinner. But today we head back to Lake Livingston. (THANK GOD WE HAVE A FREE PLACE TO STAY!!) Becky has to get her RN liscense transferred to Texas in order to work here. Then we hope to be back later this week! Thanks guys for letting me ramble on and on here, it's been good therapy! Dave

Dave, some of the offices my father oversees will be open on the Westbank. They anticipate seeing patients there as early as 2.5 weeks from now, so it is likely that the one month nonsense will be shortened to less time.
