day lights now no lights

I was trying to get my 360 to run with day lights so I took a wire from the fuse controlled by the ignition switch, the "instrument" fuse, and bridged it and toughed it to the low beam relay trigger terminal while it was still plugged in. That did't work. Then I removed that wire. Now I have no low or high beam. I checked all the fueses under the hood (trunk) and each checked out OK. Any ideas how to get 1, my lights working again 2, day lights working.
