    Pilot error is extremely difficult for us to accept after every one of these accidents.

    Agreed, pilot error is not divided into categories so it has an odor of failure which nobody wants when you did everything to the best of your abilities.

    Anyway, if anyone wants to attend the celebration of life event for Jane it will be on the 9th of July at the Flying Circus in Bealeton VA at 2pm, a second one for Charlie is being planned at Warrenton Aiport (KHWY) in late July or early August.
