I need to re-do the mouse hair on my dash. Who is close to my home in Far Hills, NJ that would do a great job? I'd like to do this over the winter.

Thanks. I know Wil very well. He restored my Miura S a few years ago and did a fantastic job. For upholstery type stuff, he uses a guy near Philadelphia. That's a possibility. Trying to see if there is anyone closer to home.

Thanks, guys. I'll check with them. About 60 miles from my house, so not too far away. Need to see if they specifically have experience on a Daytona dash. From their website, it looks like they do a lot of newer cars.

I have seen their work and it is good but certainly not the "best", not to mention they are a bit obnoxious unless you are pulling up with an F40 and an open wallet.

My recommendation would be Quids Auto Upholstry in Stratford CT. He is part of the Automotive Restoration Group in Stratford Ct. He did my vintage Bentley interior and he currently has 4 vintage Ferrari's in his shop right now he is doing interior work on and he doesn't charge the "ferrari tax" like many other places do(like Coach trim)

I also agree that Ai Design is the place to go, if you look at their website (www.aidesign.com) you will see a Daytona in which they restored the interior.

    (914) 779-9000 and speak with Todd or Matt

Montclair Auto Top in Montclair, NJ. They do 100 point restorations on interiors on cars like Rolls Royce, Jaguar, etc. Dash should be a piece of cake for them.

While I respect Nick and Marty they should NEVER be allowed to touch a vintage ANYTHING.
