I'm having trouble locating replacement fuse blocks for our '69 Euro Daytona. Everything that I have found has the wrong number/location of fuses relative to what we have pictured below. Ours has the scary 60 amp single radiator fan and 50 amp door window motor fuses unlike the later versions that use 25 amp fuses for those items. Also, ours doesn't have the fuse provisions for headlight motors, hazard lights and air pumps. Kilimanjaro Designs offers decals for 3 different Daytona fuse block versions, including ours but I really don't want to use a decal when our part has what looks like a very thin silkscreened aluminum plate. Finally, while our plate appears to be glued onto the top cover, most of the repo parts I see have the plate attached with small drive screws in each corner. Anyone else run across this before?

    Thanks,
    Rory

    Hi Rory,

My "stickers" from Kilimanjaro are actually printed on a very heavy metal foil; they are of a different labeling, but I would think construction would be the same in all cases.

Mind you, I just checked their website (to see if maybe they had changed designs), and they show all versions as "out of stock"...

www.italiancarparts.com also says they have labels for Daytonas, but they look way different from yours; I got a set of these as well, and while the construction was fine, they have USA labeling, despite being advertised as "Euro"... Sadly, I mounted these on my car before I realized that were not for a Euro, and I still need to swap-in my set from Kilimanjaro...

It never seems to be easy,
    Alex

While all Kili. D. decals for Daytona fuse box covers are slightly inaccurate on several small details, they are (or used to be) self-adhesive, thin aluminum foil plates and as far as I’m aware, originally there seem to have been at least 4 different design arrangements of them.

Took me a while** to pester P.H. to reproduce one of them (“4th” style), but I don’t know if all 4 are presently available/offered.

** Although not quite as long as it did to get window motor decals done, as the offered excuse was “But Timo, they go inside the doors and nobody other than you is going to care or know if they’re there or not”. o_O

Thanks for the quick responses, everyone. Given that the parts from Kilimanjaro were described as "stickers" and the set was only $20, I incorrectly assumed that there was no way that they could be silkscreened on aluminum. In talking to them just now, that is the case and they have a new batch in stock. It's almost unsettling to get a "deal" on any part for this car, but for $20 it's worth getting them in hand to see what they are like.
Now I just need to source the fuse blocks themselves as ours are a little too damaged to reuse. The repos may all come from the same source, but does anyone have any good or bad experience with a particular vendor?

Classic Ferrari Parts at the UK Dealership has everything prior to 1981 that Ferrari just "dumped on them"...but they eventually inventoried all of it, and there's no end to the treasures they have in stock.

Past that I would think you would need to speak Italian.
Our memeber Bertocchi here has contacts all over Italy, thru Brenda Vernor.

Thanks for the lead; it looks like an interesting place and I'll send them a parts request.

Brenda was a force of nature but very kind to me when I was calling on Ferrari in the '80's. I truly don't know how they would have managed without her.
