Does anyone have any pictures of the bulkhead seal/bellows around the gear selector rod where it goes through the rear bulkhead?
My car doesn’t have one and the new part I bought from Superformance doesn’t fit.

    Thank you,
    Paul

I don't have access to my photo library at the moment, but assuming your replacement grommet is same as one sold by all other vendors and is like the OEM, none that I've installed/replaced were simple plug-&-play.
Just like OEM grommets, all have required individual fitting & forming, although it seems the worker bees at Scaglietti's either had a different idea for "fit"(?) or weren't afforded adequate time to achieve it well.

It looks like a rubber gear lever gaiter, but the round base is too big, the hole at the top too small and the rubber bellows don’t have enough give to allow the shaft to move.
This is what it looks like, does it look correct?

Looks similar, been a few years since my last replacement, but I'll check later to confirm.

P.S. I just checked Cicognani website and while similar, the ones they make/sell & I've bought/installed have less & "softer" rounded bellows "folds" than your pictured sample.
The pictured one might be vendors idea of substitute replacement, which seems fairly common with many online stores that have no actual experience or understanding of the stuff they sell, but in all fairness I've ran into similar issues(?) with some long established suppliers also.

All in all, what is the best source for a bellows?

    Thank you.

I have been using Cicognani for years and even went to see the factory in 2017. One tip I'll share, they are not parts experts when it comes to which Ferrari models share certain parts. They may have a part listed for a Daytona which will also work on a 365 GTC/4 but it is not listed on the GTC/4 page.
I customarily check all the models pages for cars built in the same time frame and almost always find what I need.

Same here, but it's also worth keeping in mind that not all parts they list & sell, at least for Daytona*, are correct or fit.
This problem, if you will, also seems to carry over to any and all vendors selling their products.
OTOH, this is fairly common with variety of vintage car parts producers and retailers, not just for Ferrari.

*I've never bought any of their products for other makes or models.

At least, now you can pay w. Paypal.

Way before it was hellish. Visited them also, good stuff (the only available) for other Italian cars.

Cicognani generally gives good service buying direct. However, I agree, some of their listings are mixed up, all over the map, check the various models for your needs. For example, the perimeter door opening seal set they list for 275GTB is incorrect. Look at the 330GTC seal set instead, which appears to best match the original GTB section profile. But good luck explaining this to Cicognani or their agent suppliers. I tried; it doesn't register.

This ^ reminds me of something very similar:

There are or, until recently, used to be 3 aftermarket/replacement manufacturers of convertible tops in the US and over the past 3-4 decades I’ve done business with all of these companies, which were established decades prior to my involvement with any of this.

I learned early on that they all list, manufacturer and sell some tops that are incorrect for the given applications, including one example in which there are three different model, i.e. shape & size, tops originally made by one of the “big three” manufacturers covering all their makes & models produced within three year span (in 1950's), which is even made clear in the OEM factory parts manuals, but all these aftermarket/replacement manufacturers insist on listings four(???) different tops for those same years, makes & models.

Despite my years long efforts to help them correct their listings, nothing ever changed and in fact, their reply was always the same “We have the factory patterns & reference lists and have been making & selling them like this without anybody ever complaining”.

If I had a dollar for every time I've heard the last part of that sentence from countless different, including Ferrari parts retailers/suppliers/etc over the decades or every time I see an incorrectly fitting convertible top installed in certain vintage cars, it would make a hefty stack. ;)
