On the 246's with the Daytona seats, how far down should the insert be from the seat top. After recieving numerous different measurements from various sources I decided I would throw the question to the board.
What is the correct gap between the seat top bolster and the inserts?

I'll measure mine when I get home.

BUT, I have been told that the Dino Daytona seats are different from the Daytona Daytona seats, if that makes any sense.

I've also been told mine are wrong, but n oconcours judge has ever told me that, just knowledgeable Dino guys.

are you asking for the measurement from the lower portion of the top outer piece to the section that the inserts (be it daytona or not) start?

does the lower edge of the top portion curve or is it relatively flat?

They sag when you sit in them and stay down after a few outings, do they not?
Are those skins shop bought or locally made?

Re-originals. www.reoriginals.com. Matt says they are made from the original molds, I have no reason to doubt him.

Now about three years old. No visible sag from the top that I ever noticed.

Pics are a little darker than they really look. Here's a better shot.
