    Andrew, is THIS the ACTUAL arrangement that you agreed to with Craig? (i.e. even AFTER the point in time when you realized the price -- not inclusive of Craig's commission -- changed from the initial $235K you were quoted to the eventual $242.5K).

    If this is what you two ACTAULLY AGREED to back when you made you purchase, then I would think you should adhere to such, (being as the commission waiver would only be triggered in exchange for Fast Cars working on the car).

    You mean that when you purchased the car (via Craig), it was explicitly made clear to you by him that whatever you paid ($242.5K?) was the all-in price, INCLUSIVE of any and all commission due to Craig, and NOT dependent upon whether or not you choose Fast Cars to perform future work on it?
