I was driving my Daytona today and the speedometer went from 65 down to near zero. Clearly there’s no odometer movement either. Can someone take a picture of where the speedometer attaches to the transaxle for me please. I can’t seem to find that spot.
I checked behind the speedometer and it’s attached tightly there. Before I get an entire new cable I just want to make sure that it didn’t detach from the transaxle.

My angle drive that Timo has circled broke the output shaft that goes into the transaxle. If that is broken, PM me, I made a few of those tiny driveshafts.
So far so good, as I used soft steel. Didn't think I needed harder steel.

Often a binding cable can damage the angle drive.
