    Well something was finally easy!
After reading steering wheel adjustment threads on this forum (and studying parts diagrams) I tackled the job earlier today. Success!
Looking at the Daytona parts diagram 033, you simply loosen the 13mm nuts on part #4 (there are two bolts although the diagram shows only one). You also loosen the 10 mm bolt facing you below the steering column. In my case I moved the steering wheel down about 1.25”, tightened all three bolts and the job was complete.

Perhaps I actually lowered the steering wheel by 1.5”

Definitely worthy adjustment if it makes the car more comfortable to drive more and more often, especially if combined with other driving position adjustments, i.e. pedal & seat distance + seat rake , although latter can be a bit more complex than steering tilting since it often requires fair amount of metal work fabrication/modifications to accomplish even two adjustment positions, let alone all three initially designed/intended for it.

I've done this on both C/4's I've had over the years. It's trial and error to get the steering wheel adjusted up/down where there is clearance between the instrument cluster top and your hand's position without interference from the bottom and your legs. In the case if the car I had years ago, the top of the instrument cluster was chewed up from having the steering wheel tilted up too high. Perhaps the previous owner was a BIG person with big hands.
Now if I could just get the brake pedal moved slightly to the left as it is very close to the accelerator pedal....... and yes, I have already raised it as far as it will go.

I wonder why adjust the steering wheel? if someone once removed it and put on again wrong way I understand. but normaly the steering wheel is fixed adjusted to the chassis geometry and so to the steering box. the front axle will be adjusted when the steering box is exactly in the middle and so the steering wheel. and if none has ever removed the steering wheel then it needs a new front axle alignment.

My car came with extensive service records.
The former owner had Ferrari of Ontario raise the wheel to it’s maximum height. It now is in it’s more normal position.

Romano, steering column/wheel angle in Daytona is adjustable and can be moved (tilted) higher (up) or lower (down).
The adjustment range under the dash is at the mounting point is about 1 inch, but allows steering wheel to moved and set about 3-4 inches up or down.

This has nothing to do with steering box or geometry.

I actually think I moved my steering wheel down at least 2”
Seems like the perfect setting for me.
