DC area Storage / Workshop Space

Hi everyone -

I've got a possible deal on some private storage and workshop space, with different possibilities as to how much space I get. I might be interested in getting larger space if I had some sub-tenants to go in with me, at least for the winter. Here's the basics:

- climate controlled, private entry (door and garage door)
- 2 minute walk to a metro station
- bathroom / office / workbench space
- shop air, space for things such as parts washers, etc.
- reasonably convenient to north side highways
- Northwest of DC in Maryland

Could be just for the winter or longer term, would likely be at least $200 per car per month. If I had some solid interest, I might be interested in more space. If not, I'd just get enough for my own cars.
