I have the Mr. Clean one...cute, but pressure is so low I want to choke it...

This company has a nice system. You keep a spare resin cylinder and send back the old one for renew. Not too expensive.

But looking for better choices. Ideas? I want decent pressure so we can use it for soap as well as rinse. The Mr. Cleam will take forever to fill a bucket.

Why would you want deionized water in your soap bucket? Wouldn't the various compounds in the soap leave residue anyway. I just rinse with the regular tap water to get the soap off and use a final rinse with the Mr Clean to rinse away the tap water. It has worked well for me. You are right though, the pressure does suck.

De-ionized water makes sense to me....wash the car using soap/regular tap water, rinse the car off with de-ionized water, no need to even dry the car off, because there won't be any water spots...

True but why not use it? No minerals in the water. In case your rinse misses thess chance of junk accumilating.
