    DE Tomaso Court Action in England Against Mr Tyer who had bad mouth many good DE Tomaso cars. My customer, a important collector is looking for other collectors who have been the victim of this disohonest man, please send only PM as I will not reply on a public forum. My customer have engage strong lawyer in England and is taking to court this unplesant person. Any details, any informations are welcome

    ...hey, there are a number of people HERE on F-chat that bad mouth Detomaso cars, can we throw them in with this lawsuit? :D

    Sir, it s nothings about De Tomaso cars in general, it s about a specifics car with public diffamations.
    I don t like the New SUV, but if I say in internet forum that your Mangusta is in reality a Chevrolet rebody with plastic body, I expose my self to court penalty.
    Not everybody understand that all comments from internet expose you to lawsuit if your comments are untrue and damage the value of a car. In the past I won 300 000 $ against a member of a Alfa Romeo forum because he badmouth a Alfa TZ that I own.

    Then, be carefull with what you say in general

    why a UK Court if the DT collector is Belgian ?

    Why the Brussels Court not able to handle such a case ?

    Can you developp Philippe, as I'm interested to know which power a UK Court may have better than Belgium Court...
