Dead Battery

I would get another battery and don't jump your battery as it would be cheaper to buy a battery than a computer. Interstate battery is fine.

 

Just a couple of 'battery basics' to remember.

1) Batteries are RARELY charged to 100% when new. Yes, even the very best ones.

2) Therefore the battery should be charged to 100% BEFORE installation.

3) Due to the awkward location of these batteries, (my F430 or Diablo for examples) it is worth your time to install a remote terminal to make your life easier for trickle and recharging situations.

4) Be prepared to recharge your battery after a big temperature change. Either from hot to cold, or cold to hot.

5) Portable 'jump boxes' have gotten cheap - good ones under $200! Jump boxes aren't just chargers. The 'hit' the battery with a bunch of 'juice' which will bring a dead battery back to life enough to get you somewhere safe, or a battery store.

Ferrari's are very sensitive to voltage fluctuations so I dont recommend jump starting.

Batteries are inexpensive so I recommend just replace them especially if they are already almost 4 years old.

+1 on getting a new battery. I just put a new one in every 4 years regardless.
