    I went to start the 360 after a long winter and the horn will not work. The battery is fine. It was working this fall. Any suggestions?

    I would start with the fuse.

    The fuse was bad . I changed the fuse and started the car. No Horn . Checked the new fuse-Bad. Suspect there must be a short somewhere. Any suggestions?

    Don't have a really good answer for you. But, what a great time to get rid of that Buick horn for a real Ferrari air horn. It fits the car much better. ;)
