Dealerships : What's the 'deal'?

It's my first post on FerrariChat and I'm excited to be part of this forum.

I come from a background of business, technology and the likes. I recently started to get a tad interested in the dealership business and it's nuances. I've been trying to get as much information as I can on things such as :

1. Are most Ferrari dealerships profitable? If not, why?
2. How many Ferraris do you think a dealer pushes out on average per month?
3. Do customers find it hard to negotiate with some dealers for the required spec? Do customers move to another dealer then if they can't find their spec? How does the dealer handle such a situation then?

Any answer or at least a direction on this would be highly appreciated fellow Tifosis.
