Decisions??? 430 Spider to 458 Coupe....

if ur a conv guy u willnott be happy with a coupe.maybe a 16m

 

I was reminded why I'm a spider man when driving on a beautiful summer evening last weekend with the roof down. It couldn't be beaten. If your a drives driver then hard top is obviously the way to go.

 

Don't go coupe if you are a spider guy. I agree the 458 spider is too much right now.

 

I'm in the same situation as you are. I've been tempted to buy a 458 coupe but am a spider guy. Looked at a 16m but decided to drive the 430 spider till the 458 spiders start to drop below $250k. Having the windows down isn't the same as the entire roof. I say wait.

 

For me it depends what else I have.....at least 1 convertible is a MUST (have 2 right now).

 

I waited for my 360 spider with no regrets. Be patient.

 

hah i am opposite, bought a 430 spider then my 458 coupe build came in...now selling the spider and awaiting the coupe...i am more likely to use the coupe than a spider...personal preference

 

I have both a 430 Spider with 6MT and a 458 Italia...I find myself driving the Spider much more.

I would wait and get a 458 spider. I am doing the exact thing. It's all about value creation and to me, my 08 430 spider is preferred over a 458 coupe. It will change the entire experience. In a year or two, will get 458 spider. But now having to much fun with 430

No reason to get a coupe if you like the spider.

 

Its like you would be changing from a Catholic to a Protestant or vice versa, think again, if you are a convertible guy, so you are

 

Spider on a Starry night drive along the beach with the Sea Breeze rolling in......
Early morning drive in the Mountain Mist........
Afternoon Drive with the top down.......
Rolling down the windows is not even close to the same experience
