2014 LaFerrari got a short circuit in the high-voltage battery when the charger was connected.

Did they figure out why it got shorted? Also did it cause any other damage?

Only one cell in the battery got a short circuit. The battery monitors itself and has then switched off completely for safety reasons.
It is not the first LaFerrari with high-voltage battery problems.

    Hi FCD:

Do you have any acknowledge about ferrari Laferrari? We have one but the problems is that the Inverter not charge the 12V battery.
Do you know if this part have to be programmer or adapted?

Nothing needs to be programmed. If the charger doesn't charge, the starter battery is dead. You need a new one.

    Hi there:

We already change the battery too a new one. Continue with the same problems. So, is commonly that the inverter get burn on 12V systems.
We ask the dealer and the inverter have to be programmer. So, if any one have this problems and you change the 12v battery and continue with the same issue the inverter have to be change and programmer. The problems is that Ferrari did not give you any information about those cars, Is like a secret!!!
But thank you so much for answer me, I appreciate.

Your official Ferrari dealer will know how to do it.
Where are you/is the car based? Spain? Which dealer?
