    I don't follow NASCAR but was quite amused to read that they just held a race at Indy that was marred by bad batches of tires. NASCAR apologized for the debacle but apparently, the fault lies with Goodyear for not having tires that were safe. They had to slow the cars down using cautions every 10 to 12 lapes.     So at least they can't poke fun at Formula 1 for having that "Six Car Race" at Indy a couple years ago!

    i'll bet no one will get a refund. at least michelien stepped up. see what goodyear does.

    Goodyear press release says if you mail your ticket stub in to Goodyear Racing Dept they will ship you one of the tires used in the race. NASCAR fans can then put a piece of plywood on it for use as a coffee table. All will be forgiven by the fans.
