After 2 1/2 months of interior and mechanical work, the Dino was delivered this morning. First drive was amazing - everything I had hoped it would be.

    Congrats Mark!
BTW, Why is that I find new, attractive angles to view a Dino even when it is on a transporter?!

dinoGTS and I are running Euro 05082 from LA to the North when my seats are completed, ETA about 3 weeks - perhaps go for a drive together - Hwy 25 near Hollister is fun

Which reminds me...many thanks are due Alberto for his part in helping me solve the Awful Dash Pod Problem. My plastic dash pod was unusable and I couldn't source a replacement. Alberto graciously agreed to make a copy of his earlier tipo E fiberglass dash pod and send it up to me in great haste. It turns out that the plastic and fiberglass pods are slightly different in shape (plastic pods are smaller in some dimensions, and their dashboard openings correspondingly smaller), but it was possible to make everything fit eventually, and I now have a beautiful dashboard with a much more robust pod than the plastic one. The gauges even work!

Now if only I can figure out why the stereo we just put in isn't playing sound out the speakers...cue the comments about exhaust symphonies being enough.
