I'm looking for recommendations from folks who have had a great experience with a local wheel refinishing shop.

Specifically I think I'll be having a set of 360 starfish wheels stripped and re-painted soon. But I don't know if those wheel might require a bit more work, and I have some other wheels that could use some work (light curbing) as well.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

Keystone Automotive (who is a national wheel refinsher and has locations in Denver) might also be a resource for you to check (did my TR wheels, but back in 2005ish so not recent experience) -- but that's where you bring in the wheels without tires.

Woody's Wheel Works if the wheels need something beyond refinishing.

Applied Coatings in Arvada powder coated a set of Cromadoras for me and they came out spotless.

Have you used Woody's? I've heard mixed reviews, but I think in order to get my M3 wheels perfect they need more than just a strip and paint.

they straightened a couple of OZ wheels for me many years ago, which came back great. They were unable to fix a bent Fiat wheel and never charged me for that one.

The wheels on my 355 need refinished. I can’t remove them and bring them to a shop because I don’t have a lift.

Prior owner curbed a couple of them; not bent just scraped up a bit.

of these recommendations who would be best? Wanting a good balance of performance and value.

    Thanks!

Just a quick follow-up here. Blue Chip had them sent out and refinished by John's Collision. They look great.

I'd used John's Collision to effectively rebuild a half of a Range Rover a dozen years ago. Still doing great, evidently the owner's son has taken over. Might be a bit of a wait to get scheduled, worth it though- they did get my wheels done in a week or two.
