Hey I already posted elsewhere but I just wanted to warn the locals not to use Dependable Auto Shippers or DAS. If your interested I can go into details, but Queen city is taking care of the damage.

Man, Queen City is really getting a lot of our business! I just dropped off my 355 there Monday, and Will is dropping off his TR on Friday. Dr. Shelbee is picking up his car this week....and I just got back my BMW a couple weeks ago from them.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of using "un"Dependable Auto Shippers a few years ago. Bunch of mo-rons. No property damage in my case, but horrible service AND the care took twice as long to arrive as DAS claimed/promised.

I just realized that their company initials of D.A.S. spelled backwards makes the word SAD....

My only experieince was with Horseless Carriage. The car arrived exactly when they said it would. It was kind of expensive though...

concours transport (has a truck in Seattle area and Las Vegas) is great. Careful, dependable, carries only 2 cars so really direct with no delays and reasonable.

Thanks, FoS recommended Concours highly as well, also Goldrush, Horseless Carraige, Showtime. I need a car shipped next week so this was a timely thread, thanks!

I think Fred (owner of Concours Transport) actually has three trucks he runs, one of which is a two-car affair. The others are tad bigger, and carry as many as six, depending on size. I highly recommend them. Have used them several times and been extremely happy with their drivers. They really care for the cars well, and Fred won't promise something if he can't deliver. Of course, being a small operation, it can be difficult to get into his schedule and to coordinate your desired timing with his. But give him a call, and check him out first.
