Doesn’t matter what type of car. Anyone doing that sort of speed on a public road in Australia is a ****ing idiot. I say that as someone who once did that on a bike, and that day I was a ****ing idiot. But I was also 23 years old. Doing it as a supposed mature adult is, well…
Oh I've done it plenty of times and yeah I guess it was somewhat idiotic, but ya know there's always a time and a place for everything. But in a 355? No I wouldn't be doing it in that. It might just be how 90's cars feel, but it just doesn't feel planted enough at speed. I'd feel far safer and more confident doing it in a more modern car.
Have you ever done track work in yours ? Then try it in a car built for track work, totally different
Lots of things are stupid.. Smoking, excess drinking, buying a Bentley, getting a job in the IT industry... Still lots of people do it. We all make choices, my personal opinion is there's a time and place for everything. 250km/h out in the middle of nowhere in a car built to do it is a lot less idiotic than say 100km/h through a school zone whilst texting.
Settle down everyone I wasn't in the car so the speed may have not been that high. He can't drive that fast anyway. Had a lot of fun though
Always fun with you and Andrew , I must come down to Sydney to catch up Must catch up with Joe as well
