Anyone have some insight into how mileage affects depreciation on later models like the 355 and 360?

For example, how does the depreciation differ for a 2000 360 with 10K miles on it versus one with 30K miles on it?

Also, what are the major service intervals? 15K and 30K? What is clutch life for "spirited" drivers? How much are we talking for major services over 5 years and 30K miles, for example?

Thanks in advance to any owners who can clue me in.

Condition is more important than mileage, but obviously lower mileage will get a premium. However, most feel that a car that is driven regularly and well maintained will be in better condition than one that sits for long periods of time.

As for the service costs, search around and keep reading. Tons of information already out there.

When I was looking, a mile was worth between $1.00 to $2.00 in depreciation. So given otherwise IDENTICAL cars (which of course never happens), an 8000 mile car would be between $7,000 to $14,000 less expensive than a 1000 mile car.

On the 360 and 430, services are 5k, 15k, and 30k. Haven't looked beyond that. Plus of course annual fluid changes.
