    Hello my fellow Ferrari owners,

    this is an odd 'error' When i start my 488 Pista and i pull the right F1 paddle towards me to engage first gear it tells me to" 'depress brake pedal and press LAUNCH to engage gear'

    If i press the launch butten it goes in to first gear on auto modus and it shift automaticaly up and down.
    If i operate the F1 paddles manualy it tells me:
    Manual method unavaible

    Very odd but i do not what happened, battery was low but full enought to start the engine. I disconnected the battery and hope that after connecting it the problem would be gone. But sadly even after 30 minutes the situation hasn't changed. So now the batery is disconnected again and i wait for any response on this forum

    Well that's the kind of gremlins you get with a low voltage. Just charge your battery fully, turn the car on, wait for the christmas tree lights to go off, and start the engine.

    Not.onlu disconnect the battery... Charge it fully. Not partially... Not for aittle but. ABSOLUTELY full. Don't touch the car until the battery is full. Leave it alone.
