    Can someone explain to me what the reported affair of Deputy Goforth has to do with his murder and how it can be used by the defense? He was still murdered in cold blood. Even if he was there to meet his lover he was still on-duty, in uniform and in his patrol area. I despise adultery but murder is murder. Maybe my LEO glasses are clouding my view so that is why I am asking.
