    Just checking with you Big boys and developers.

    Can an area with 1000 sqm build a 30 floor office complex. Anyone here done this?

    Please share your experiences.

    Must I have more space? I am intending to have an underground carpark etc.
    Nothing fancy, just prime office space. Am thinking if this is a viable project.
